Privacy notice
How the Stillsite help centre handles personal data. What the support form collects, where it goes, what the site stores in your browser, and your rights.
Who we are
Section titled “Who we are”support.stillsite.ai is run by Smarter Business Tech Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16362343, registered office Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset BH16 6FA. Smarter Business Tech is the data controller for anything you send through this site. Questions about this notice go through the contact page or to support@stillsite.ai.
The support form
Section titled “The support form”When you send the support form we receive your name, your email address, your website address, what your message is about and the message itself. They are emailed to us through Microsoft Azure Communication Services and kept in our mailbox for as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep a record of what was said, and no longer than is needed for that. We use them to reply, and for nothing else: no marketing list, no sharing with anyone. An email to support@stillsite.ai is kept and used the same way.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells a person from a program. When the form page loads, Turnstile receives your browser’s details and your IP address in order to run the check. Cloudflare’s own privacy notice covers what it does with them.
Cookies and what the site stores in your browser
Section titled “Cookies and what the site stores in your browser”This site sets no cookies and has no analytics. It stores two things in your browser: the light, dark or auto mode you choose in the header, so the site remembers it, and, until you close the tab, which sections of the menu are open. Those are preferences, not personal data, and they are never sent anywhere. Search runs in your browser and sets no cookies.
Hosting
Section titled “Hosting”The site is served by Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, and its domain is looked after by Cloudflare. Like any web host, they keep short-lived server logs, which include the IP address of each visitor, in order to run and secure the service. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”Under the UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Ask through the contact page and we will reply within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
Section titled “Changes to this notice”This notice was written on 10 October 2026 and is updated when the site changes what it collects.
