What Leo can change by email
What Leo, your AI web developer, can change on your site by email, who may send a request, and what is asked for as a piece of work instead.
What an email can change
Section titled “What an email can change”Most people set up for your site can change pages, news, documents and pictures. Someone set up for design can also change the menu and the colours.
Anyone set up for your site can also ask Leo a question: about the site, about how the service works, or for advice on wording. The answer comes back by email and nothing on the site changes.
Who may send requests
Section titled “Who may send requests”Only the people set up for your site, each by their own email address. An email from anyone else is not acted on. Dan at Smarter Business Tech adds or removes people: contact support to ask.
What cannot be done by email
Section titled “What cannot be done by email”The layout of the pages, the forms and where they send, and anything else that is code or configuration. Ask, and the request is passed to Dan at Smarter Business Tech, who quotes it as a piece of work or an add-on.
A fresh design for your site, or a feature built to order, is bespoke work: quoted before we start, and approved on a preview like any other change. Prices, packs and tokens says more.
